Hi Rob,

Hope you and the tribe have an excellent Christmas.

What do you do out there in Arizona for fun on Christmas? Here we have snowball fights, go snow-shoeing, ice skating, ect.

A sandball fight sounds kindda messy.

Actually, after a week of intense snowstorms it's now raining. There is still a good bit of snow but with the rain it becomes rather sloppy. Ice skating/playing hockey is one of my favorite things to do but the ice has turned to mush. Somehow it just isn't Christmas unless my sister has checked me into a snowbank.

Lucian,

That was lovely.

For a second I thought I recognized it as a Latin hymn translated into Romanian, but now I am not so sure. What does the name mean?

Actually, where I live now it is cold and rainy and we might get snow. We usually get an inch or so every winter for a couple days.

In Phoenix, where I grew up,it never snows. It is raining a lot right now, though.

So, for fun, we do a lot of the same things we always do. No impediment to regular leisure activities! Just forty miles North, though, is Flagstaff and ski country. They are getting dumped with snow right now.

It can mean either "Oh, wonder!" or "A wonder", I'm not sure. It's a traditional Romanian Christmas Carol. I'm glad You liked it. :-)
