Rats, I forgot that Ember days even existed! At least I avoided meat yesterday anyway.
You forgot!I didn't even know until a few months ago!:-)I wouldn't feel guilty. We Catholics have enough guilt. Just enjoy the discovery of another piece of your heritage, as I have. And set your sets on the ember days in Advent.Remember, some sin can only be conquered by prayer AND fasting.
