Don't know what it says, haven't read it, but it's Romanian, so I'm gonna mindlessly and instinctively lobby it based solely on my rampant Orthodox gut-nationalism:
Actually, it's interesting that you bring that up, because i am reading an old Jesuit book on Moral Guidance about "the virtues", etc. I am actually going to post some ethical puzzles from the book because I couldn't figure them all out and the book provides methods and not answers.
Hey, we've got plenty more than sand. There are rattlesnakes, deadly spiders, gila monsters, flash floods, tumbleweeds... I've got bushes in my yard that would tear your arm off if you accidentally fell into them!
What've you got? Blue skies, kittens, green grass?

No, it just struck me when he wrote that (though I disagree with plenty of other things he writes) that he had hit upon truth.
Given the fact that "ideology" has a wide range of meaning-some quite positive-the quote standing alone is vague.
Obviously his statement must have a context, but since our ideologies differ, I feel no compulsion to check it out.

Hi, Rob,
just checking out the Wiki article on Arizona: looks like the flag has the same colors as that of Romania. :-)
Ah, yes, but do you have naked corruption, political graft and religious strife like us?
Oh, looks like you do...
See? Same flag, same colors, same values ... ;-) :D :p
Latin blood, if Ya know what I mean ... >;) ;D ;P
Arizona was the 48th and last of the contiguous states admitted to the Union on February 14, 1912.[4]

I noticed author Zane Grey is mentioned as one of the states "notables" but not Rob Paxton.
Slacker!
I noticed the state motto is "Ditat Deus" (God enriches). It appears somebody overlooked all the sand.
